Trash Pick Up Days:
Recycle (blue barrel) = Thursday
Garbage (green barrel) = Monday
If collection is a Holiday then Phoenix will pick up the next day.
Mailbox Keys:
All owned by USPS except Parcels 12 & 13 w/special frames.
Previous owner should give you key at close of escrow. If you have lost your key contact a locksmith for lock and key replacement at your expense. The Association is not responsible for mailbox keys
Pool / Tennis Court Keys:

Visitor Parking:
No overnight parking allowed on the street.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on 15th of the month it is due.
Assessment Late Fee:
All payments received after January 31st are subject to additional late charges of $25.00 plus 18% per annum.
