Directors are elected to the Board's expiring positions by homeowners at the Annual Meeting.  Vacancies are filled by Board appointment for the remaining balance of the term. Officer positions are determined by the Directors themselves.

ARC members are appointed by the Board of Directors and serve at its pleasure.

The outside architect will review only the more sophisticated construction submittals which increasingly have been submitted for ARC review.  In accordance with the community's governing documents, any such fees incurred will be passed through to the submitting homeowner.  A $500 deposit will be required of all such submittals before consideration, the balance being refunded upon completion and verification of compliance with the approved plans.  Currently, a typical submittal is expected to cost a homeowner approximately $250.
